| When will I receive my order? |
| All of our signs are custom made per your designs and therefore require some time to manufacture prior to shipping. It takes 1-2 business days to manufacture from the time the order is placed until it is ready to ship. The charts below will help you decide which shipping method best fits your particular order. |

| Use the UPS shipping chart below to estimate when your ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will count as an order for the next day. |

| Business Days are defined as Monday thru Friday excluding holidays (as defined by UPS). Example: An order placed at 1:00PM CST on Monday will ship Tuesday afternoon. If UPS Overnight shipping is chosen the sign will be delivered by 12:00 Noon on Wednesday. |

| Which shipping method should I choose? |
| UPS Overnight – If you need your order fast then this is the option you should choose. It ships UPS Next Day Air and will arrive by 12:00 noon the business day after it is produced. |
| UPS 2nd Day – Orders ship UPS 2nd Day Air and will arrive two business days after the order is produced. It’s a more cost-effective alternative to UPS Overnight with guaranteed delivery by the end of the business day. |
| UPS Ground – The most economical of the shipping options. UPS Ground shipments will arrive 3-5 business days after the order is produced. It’s the option of choice if you’ve planned ahead or your order is not time sensitive. |
| LOCAL PICKUP – This option pertains specifically to local customers who prefer to pick up their orders at our San Luis Obispo, CA office. Orders will be available for pickup 1-2 business days after the order is placed. |
| Can I track my order? |
| Yes. You will receive a UPS order confirmation via email once the order is produced. The email will include the tracking number from which you can track your shipment. |
| Is there any way I can put a rush on my order? |
| If you need your order by a specific date and time please contact Customer Service at 1-866-970-7788 for assistance. We will review your order and let you know the options available to you at that time. |
| Does this shipping schedule apply to Vista frames? |
| Vista frames are fabricated by Vista System to your order specifications and therefore do not apply to the above shipping schedule. Production time will vary from 8-12 business days from the time the order is placed. Total time to delivery will include the production time plus shipping time based on the method of delivery chosen. |
